Please, explain in simple and in plain language to citizenry, who is going to fund free education program and how? Even, in the western world, there is nothing called free education. The problem with our system is that, we can't simply identify people on high income and those at the lower end. It will be wrong to say that, this govt, is going to provide free education to people on high income and people who can't afford to pay school fees. This program needs to be targeted low socio-economic people in our society. The program in design should be based on income tested mechanism, which will specifically target disadvantage people, such as, farmers, fishermen, single mothers, orphans, disabled children, unemployed people etc. It is wrong to provide free education to every body in our society. The policy is wrong in design, which will require an urgent review of the delivery process.
