Re: Sex with married woman...consensual

Maka a mama, I admire your deep knowledge of the Criminal Justice Laws and I’m happy to always be on the same cause as you. However, this case is a very serious case which must not be underestimated or be prosecuted: or not, based on the statute of limitations or the time, the said crimes must have been committed. For if I happened to be investigating this issue, there could three things that could be taken into context to establish a prima- facie case against said rapist: 1. The alleged rapist could’ve doused the victims drink with a controlled substance or a drug such as tramadol, imenotal 10, heroine or any other sedatives that might triggered the victims arousal or might’ve impaired her ability to resist at the time of the alleged attack. And this could be ascertained after a forensic lab test. 2. The woman’s underwear or outfit at the time of the incidence and couple of days after the attack, if there is any; may definitely have traces or drops of the said sedatives. There might not be enough space allowed by Ghanaweb for the third potential incriminating evidence against the accused, I may bring it up on my next post.
