Double track system like an academic Dumsor

Education is not for a party/government to singlehandedly run policies shredded in secrecy.
This double track system idea that one Prof Anamuah suggested was shallow-mindedness.
I have always seen and concluded that like our politicians, most Ghanaian intellectuals have very weak minds.
If your pupils or school children are more than your infrastructure- you simply increase your infrastructure base to cater for your school children.
If you find yourself with limited time to build infrastructure, call of broad stakeholders meeting to brainstorm and come up with proper temporary short term solutions, while long term lasting solutions are gradually implemented...so that this problem never bedeviled our nation again.
After all, what is Ghana's population that we can NOT solve simple infrastructural proplems for educating our children.
THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS THSN JUST DOUBLE TRACKING THE SYSTEM. BUT AS ALWAYS, THE POLITICIANS WONT JUST LISTEN. VERY SAD INDEED.
AS THEY DID TO GHANA TELECOM, GHANA AIRWAYS, ASHANTI GOLDFIELDS,
OUR OIL, GOVERNMENT BUNGALOWS, JSS/SHS, GHANS FOOTBALL, ETC,
They don't fix problems but always looks for easiest options that creat bigger problems in the long term.
It's a shame for any government to struggle in managing a nation of less than 30 million people. VERY WEAK MINDS INDEED!
