NPP with their demented brain believed the so-called card will stop Togolese from voting in the Volta Region. Tell me why they are leaving centers in the Volta Region to mop up the registration when that is not the case in the bigger Regions. They have rushed the registration through the bigger Regions but going to concentrate in the Volta Region.

The irony is that while they believed in closing the boarders to prevent Togolese from coming to vote in the Volta Region, the number of Togolese and Nigerians who have registered in other parts of the country to vote are more than the remaining Togolese population in Togo that they are struggling to prevent.
