Group accuses EC of deleting 5,000 names from vote

My name was removed from the register prior to last year election bcoz I used NHIS card for registering when registration was open this time I went and explained to officials at the center and they said we those who were romoved bcoz of NHIS should b registered bcoz our names were no longer in their database. If registering, I went to the exhibition center, my name appeared twice (thus double registration). They are now telling me to go to court. Since I don't want any judge to go and remand me for something which is the fault of EC, they should keep my details bcoz am not going to vote in anyway.
