Bam. You hve said it right. They can boycott. Afterall NPP boycotted the 1992 parliamentary elections but Ghana was still intact.

Best advice for NDCThis is the best advice for NDC. NDC can stay away from the Voter Registration exercise and the voting itself on December 7, 2020. This country would be better off without NDC.
