WHYIS THE NDC CLAIMING VICTORY?The stupid NDC party and their lawyers were enticed by the EC in the similitude of the rooster that was enticed by couple drops of maize to it’s death. The Supreme Court had already made the rulings in the Case of Ramadan & Annor Vrs the EC of Ghana that was preceded by the case of Nimako & Ramadan Vrs. the EC of Ghana. In both cases the Court had ordered the EC under Charlotte Osei to remove some names from the register, but the latter failed citing difficulties in identifying those names. So why shouldn’t the court allow the current EC to reject the old voter ID cards completely as form of identification in the future registration exercises? NDC’s has likely fallen into their Own long set of traps?
