Supreme Court adjourns judgment of NDC, EC case inHey, cases before the Supreme Court now is basically about addition of the documents required by the EC for the compilation. So the EC is at liberty to compile new register, however if in course of the registration NDC and their assigns win their case the court would direct the EC to add the documents to the requirements, and if NDC loses, that is it, EC still goes follow with their registration. At this point, the new register is inevitable
