Supreme Court adjourns judgment of NDC, EC case inNDC have banked their hope on only one thing, that’s to fight the voters register, because the NDC knows that they used Charlotte Osei and Amadu Sule to pack and bloated the register with ghosts names and names of aliens. Now that the old register is annulled by the passage of the CI 126 the NDC have been rendered the fate of the proverbial worm “with no clear path to tread on”. They used the corrupt CSO’S exert pressure on the EC to give up compiling a new register, but to avail, they went to CHRAJ, but that didn’t yield a thing either. Now they have gone to solicit support from the National House Chief’s to stop the EC, but Togbe Afede and his present gangs in the House are not considered nonpartisan by the Ghanaian people anymore. Now they have resorted to seeking a redress at the Supreme Court, but the Court’s earlier position on the subject was defined in that 2015 lawsuit that was filled by Ramadan & Nimako vrs. EC of Ghana. Now this is the question: Is the Supreme Court going to set aside their earlier ruling?
