Supreme Court adjourns judgment of NDC, EC case inSo now the two pleadings seeking NDC's interest will both be heard, and together! Was it really necessary to have had NDC drop one of it's pleadings? Was this even a technicality? Supreme Court should watch its credibility.
As for those saying there is no express injunction placed on the EC on the registration, there doesn't have to be. There is an inherent or implied injunction in the adjournment.
