It's so surprising the Togbe of Aflao, after all the noise could site just one example of military brutality in Aflao. We are all aware of the presence of border guards and immigration personnel in Aflao. If an immigration Officer slaps a student going to school in Togo, does that become military occupation in the Volta Region. This is in total violation of border closure. What if the girl contracted the virus in Togo, the whole population will be infected. When the government reopened schools in Ghana, many are the NDC members making noise about it.
