5 NPP-USA Chapters meet to strategize for victory in 2020 polls

NPP-USA Columbus Chapter hosted a meet and greet event bringing together Cincinnati Ohio, Baltimore MD, and Pennsylvania, and Chicago Chapters.

NPP members defied the downpour of the snow in Ohio to participate in the event aimed at discussing ways and means they could help the party retain the reins of government in the December general elections.

Columbus Chapter Chairman, Rev. Sam Sarkodee welcomed members and elaborated on the achievements of the NPP government and encouraged party faithful to keep faith with President Akufo-Addo and the NPP.

He also advised members to exercise precautions amidst the COVID-19 global pandemic.

OTHER SPEAKERS:

The Deputy Communication Director of NPP-USA, Dr Samuel Dwomoh, who is also a member of the Cincinnati Chapter explained that the purpose of the gathering was to foster unity among party members and to uplift the image of the party.

He urged members to work hard towards the 4More4Nana agenda in the upcoming election.

Chapter Chairman of Cincinnati, Mr. James Owusu, former NPP-USA Youth Organizer, encouraged the youth in the party to stay active and engage to move the positive agenda of the party forward as the future leaders of the party and the nation.

Acting Chapter Chairman of Baltimore, Dr. Sarbeng, Pensylvania Chapter Secretary, Mr. Emmanuel Tabiri gave solidarity messages from their chapters and both praised the organizers and participants for the resilience and unity.

They assured other chapters of their support which is aimed at helping the NPP win the 2020 polls.

ROPAA:

Hon. Solomon Fordjour, Former DCE of Afram Plains who is the NPP-USA Director of ROPAA explained that the party intends for members to register and vote in the upcoming polls.

He advised members to renew their passport and also register at the Ghana embassy to help the Ghana government have accurate data of its citizens.

Among those who participated and graced the occasion were Mr. Asamoah, Branch deputy officer, and Ghanaian international students studying at Ohio University, Athens Ohio.

Prince Nana Mpem Darko rekindled the spirit of patriotism, solidarity and confidence in the members of the branches.
