Father of late Ebony Reigns, Nana Opoku Kwarteng
After Ebony's demise was announced, several prophecies predicting her death surfaced.
Mysteries surrounded her death and till now her loss has greatly affected many of her fans.
Father of the late dancehall diva, Mr Kwarteng said there was something unusual about Ebony right after her birth which predicted greatness and they as parents never anticipated she would die early.
Narrating on Afia Pokuaa’s Vim Talk Show, he revealed that anytime they wanted to fix her earring, she would cry as long as it is not made of gold.
According to Nana Opoku, when she was been forced to wear a non-gold earring, her ear will start to rot untill its been removed and replaced with a gold earring. This he said made him have a second thought about her daughter even before she grew up.
He also revealed that this particular situation influenced his decision to allow Ebony ditch school in order to pursue her music career.
