Kan Dapaah is very irresponsible – Dr Hanna Bisiw jabs

National Women’s Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has chastised National Security Minister, Kan Dapaah over his leaked amorous video conversation with a lady.

The Minister has come under intense criticism on mainstream and social media for what many describe as behaving in a “careless” manner during the conversation.

The 66-year-old minister became the talk of town when the video went viral on Sunday. In the said videotape, he was clad in dark-blue dotted pyjamas and turned around upon the request of the unidentified lady.

The lady is heard saying, “…I want to see your pyjamas. I want to see the front, the back, like the way you did it yesterday… Turn around and let me see it, is it trouser or shorts… raise your leg” which the minister obeys.

Kan Dapaah who did not know he was being recorded ytold his alleged girlfriend that a hug from her would immediately put him to sleep.

Calls have since intensified for Mr Dapaah to resign, while others have asked the president to fire him.

But speaking on Inside Politics Monday afternoon, Dr Hanna Bisiw flayed the minister, stressing that he is a threat to national security.

“We wouldn’t have cared if he even decided to be a pornstar or to strip naked in a strip club but by virtue of his office I am concerned…” positions come with responsibilities. you cannot become an irresponsible man in a responsible position; it does not match. He [Kan Dapaah] should have been smart,” she said.

Criticising the Akufo-Addo government for nonperformance, the former Deputy Agric Minister wondered if Mr Dapaah has not freely given sensitive government information out upon request by his concubines.

“This man is very irresponsible. I believe he can sell sensitive national security matters through video calls,” she told host Mugabe Maase.
