The team, led by the Deputy Regional Minister, Dr Samuel Nuertey Ayertey, who received the keys on behalf of the RCC, was happy with the work done but advised the contractor and consultant to consider the cost of two mechanized boreholes and a walkway to link the two separate buildings.

The Deputy Regional Minister, after inspecting the new building of the Nursing and Midwifery Training College, expressed gratitude to some major stakeholders, including Konor (Paramount Chief) of Manya Krobo, Nene Sakite II, Municipal Assembly, Manya Krobo Foundation, headed by Dr. Narh Bita, land owners, who gave out the land for the new site.

He reiterated government’s commitment to completing the project for management and students to get serene environment to boost effective teaching and learning.

The various speakers at the function applauded him for playing a crucial role in the establishment of the Nursing and Midwifery College at Odumase-Krobo.
