Retract and apologize to the people of Ayawaso West - Abronye DC to John Dumelo’s wife

The Chairman of the Bono Region of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) Kwame Baffoe popularly called Abronye DC has asked the wife of Ghanaian Actor and a staunch member of NDC, John Dumelo as a matter of urgency to render an unqualified apology to the people of Ayawaso West Wuguon for describing them 'unintelligent'.

In an Instagram post, Mrs. Dumelo stated that “It’s Time to Elect an Intelligent, Humble Leader For the Ayawaso West Wuogon seat and that person is no other than John Dumelo.

But Abronye DC reacting to the post warned Mrs. Dumelo to retract and apologize to the good people of Ayawaso West Wuguon.

“Insulting the electorates that over the previous years they have been unintelligent is an affront to democracy and must not be tolerated,” he said.

I have sighted a tweet by John Dumelo’s wife where she stated that, It’s Time to Elect an Intelligent, Humble Leader to lead Ayawaso West Wugoon.

To the best of my knowledge, Mrs. Dumelo’s tweet seems to suggest that, in previous years, Ayawaso West Wugoon electorates have voted for unintelligent and unwise people.

I deem this as an insult to the people of Ayawaso.

Insulting the electorates that over the previous years they have been unintelligent and unwise is an affront to democracy and same must not be tolerated.

John Dumelo’s wife should immediately retract and apologize to the people of Ayawaso West.
