Did the NDC use their own pocket moneys from Abacha to develop the upper west???? What so called development can we find in the upper west?? PAPA NO should stop the dirty and gutter politics!!! Tell the people in upper west about the Airbus. Tell them how YOU ROBBED THEIR FUTURE! And stop the empty rhetorics. Which past government hasn’t contributed to the development of upper west?
