Ghana back to HIPC under Akufo-Addo, Ofori-AttaGhana will be HIPC forever. What that means is that the country cannot sustain itself. So the globalist financial institutions will keep giving loans to Ghana, loans that the country cannot and will never pay. When the loans get too many they will cancel them and start again. So relax about that. It is a non-issue and already settled.
