Haha! Is he sure he got the figure right? Tweaa! Who can believe anything from someone who didnt even know how to pay simple allowances? Allowances that his opponent has been able to pay without complaining.. Even free shs he said Ghana didn't have money and wasn't ready for that till twenty years time. The same person who is campaigning that Ghana is now on hipic list,is now trying to turn the mouth a different direction to dadaa us that he can manage free health care in his so-called hipic,when he couldn't even manage the nhis system he met when he was in office. Only party fanatics who put party power above Ghana's progress will buy this big fat lie. Tweaa.
