If Bawumia who says he is a PhD holder cannot understand that nurses and teachers are regarded as tertiary students so they have to take loans instead of allowances, then Ghana is going to the dogs. He is lying that NPP gave $1million per constituency. He was also saying they have given free water and electricity but didn't understand that in actual fact it is not free. Bawumia, a fake economist must understand that our debt stock have ballooned to almost ghc300 billion.
