Jesus reply to his disciples was very simple. The owner of the farm did not tell his servants to relinquish the farm and cultivate a new one, neither did he tell them to go ahead to uproot the bad weeds from the soil. He however cautioned that this requires experts (Harvesters) to uproot the bad weeds from the good crop to avoid harvest loss.

To begin with,Bawumia messed up big time,he was all wrong to call some 78000 individuals as Togolese where the same individuals have their names on our voters register.Namely,Bawumia is not a Police Officer nor an Immigration Officer,he doesn't work at the Foreign either.
He has no right to determine the nationality of individuals that he doesn't know them.These 78000 individuals can be full blood Ghanaians if they are allowed to speak for themselves.Mind you,the Volta region was once part of Togoland and for that reason intermarriage amongst them is very common.Any individual with one Ghanaian parentage is a full blood Ghanaian.On the more serious note,it is not a crime to have your name on 2 different countries' voters register.Ofcourse,it's not illegal for that matter.We have millions of Ghanaians abroad whose names are on our voters register and their host countries as well.What is wrong with that?This means,NPP cannot tell the EC that there are 78000 Togolese on our voters register so it is bloated and not credible for 2016 general elections.It doesn't make any sense at all.I can see,Kwabana Agyapong is trying to avoid the Togolese allegation here because he cannot prove it for sure that they are truly foreigners or Ghanaian citizens.Thank you.

Our register which was compiled way back in 2012, and can`t imagine 78k ineligible voters being 'smuggled' into our register, and actually being able to vote, undetected, till now!
And guess who the super-sleuth is, none other than Bawumiah, who this time around, has 'produced' six living witnesses to vouch for his claim. Believe this fellow at your own peril!
As the Pres indicated only a few days ago, he never recommended that Togolese EC or anybody develop a 'new register' as has been repeatedly bandied about, and that it was the Francophonie, the loose association of French- speaking African countries, which audited that register, and cleared it for use in the recent Togo elections!
No wonder Bawumiah is now engaged in some form of 'atonement', and seeking the support and blessing of the Chief Imam of Ashanti region.

The current voters list should be left as is. The legal thing to do if for their scrutineers at polling stations to challenge the IDs of those they suspect to not qualify and have the EC then investigate them there and then or if the presiding officer thinks the person qualifies through id they can vote but the investigation can continue after voting day to quash those who were deemed later not to qualify from other evidence. This is the legal thing to do based on current act of parliament in our electoral laws. I am sure the NPP is aware of a lot of Malian, Niger, and other illegal immigrants in the Ashanti region who do their dirty, illegal voting for them but would not want them to be flushed out but "Togolese' are being targeted because they are likely from the stronghold of the NDC. We should see through the pre election tricks of the NPP in trying to disenfranchise certain sections of our citizenry
