In the same vein NDC respects the independence of the electoral commission as an institution established under democratic principles and values to conduct and monitor elections in Ghana. So npp if you claim to be Democrats allow the EC to do its job or better still provide credible resources that prove your allegations that foreign natinals are 70/80000+ in out voters register. The burden of proof lies on you not EC. Secondly i am shocked that npp went to the forum organised by EC at alisa hotel without bringing their eevidence to the fore. It was an opportunity lost for them. I think all the noise made before that day, it was a day prepared enough for them to do justice to their case. NDC has the chance to change John Mahama on 21st Nov 2015. Although he has adopted a very strong patapaa stance that there is some 2nd term he thinks he is entitled to, and therefore at all cost he should be coronated to fulfill that ambition, NDC has the chance in 2 weeks.
Because that patapaa stance of I have some 2nd term somewhere which has found solace in the EC to maintain a voters register which is rotten at all cost because, it worked to secure some mandate of the NDC for a 2nd term, which has become a spectacular disaster on all fronts resulting in the collapse of Ghana, will not have any space here in this country called Ghana.
John Mahama and his NDC gov't should pivot away from that patapaa stance of I have some 2nd term ambition which I intend to accomplish at all cost on the bloated and compromised voters register, although Ghana has collapsed under his failed watch, will not fly.
The EC should set the date for the compilation of the new, credible and clean voters register and announce to Ghanaians to go to the polling stations and get their details captured by the EC to create the new register.

Mahama to your information the NPP and others speaking their language as far as the issue at stake is concern are doing so through legitimate means. This is the reason they have submitted petitions to the EC to express their discomfort about the present register Also this is the reason they show their presence at the Alisa Hotel to argue the case they have. How do you call such moves "patapaa". You only have shown your ignorace and mischieve about discussions on the bloated register. Given that the NDC is the receipient of the injustices by the electoral body in regard to the filling foreigners in the register to favour the NPP and any of the politcal parties calling for a new register will NDC keep quite and allow the document (present electoral register) be used for any elections. Look, if you are smart enough as a president you will rather see those calling for a new register as people having Ghana at heart since the cause they stand in the final analysis will avert any possible unfortunate occurrences that might befall the country after the 2016 elections. Lastly, may i know why you Mr Mahama and your NDC become irritated and uncomfortable at the mention of the need for a new register? Again what makes you believe that in compiling a new and fresh register the NDC stand to loose the 2016 elections. From my observations the NDC has something to hide hence feeling insecure and scary that the Electoral Commission complies a new voters' register.
