Of course you are the suspended chairman. That is why F. Blay is addressed as acting chairman. But it look as if Afoko still does not understand the meaning of suspension. The moment you are suspended you are supposed to vacate whatever office or duty you are performing until you are recalled, though you have not been sacked. The delegates votes are not powerful enough to make chairman whiles serving suspension penalty. For example when even a president is impeached, it suffice not the over fifty per cent votes that won him power to still hold himself as president. Not to talk of party chairman. My advice for you is to act in a way that will make you credible to your party so that they can voluntarily call you back. Other wise they still have the power to follow what ever process you are satisfied with to remove you even if you return to office with argument that the procedure was illegal. Whether legal or illegal what is clear is that the top powerful organs in your party have unanimously suspended you. What you need to do as a suspended chairman is to show good rapport to be recalled not the media war.
