NDC always rubbishes NPP ideas only to enjoy the benefits of these ideas when they are successfully implemented by the NPP. NHIS, SCHOOL FEEDING PROGRAMME, MATERNAL HEALTH CARE, name them ..... they were all opposed by the NDC, yet the NPP introduced and implemented them, and today NDC is enjoying their benefits. They are unable to introduce any good ideas or programmes, yet they oppose all ideas and programmes put forward by the NPP. Shame on them !!!
