The problem of the NDC stomach politicians is that, they don't seem to understand that the misguided spending spree of Nkrumah and his squandering of our reserves was the beginning of our economic troubles. Moreover, he was a blood-thirsty communist dictator that declared himself president for life and demonized the opposition. Like Kwame Nkrumah, Mahama didn't grow our economy; he only borrowed more money to land our country in HIPC, received more revenues from oil and high taxes to waist on unnecessary inflated projects, and cannot even account for greater part of the infrastructure money. Ghanaians too are suffering, and the best way you can describe Mahama is very, very corrupt and incompetent.

They introduced the Free Maternal Healthcare, National Health Insurance Scheme, National Youth Employment Programme, School Feeding, Metro Mass Transit, Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty. They paid the teacher training allowances and the nurse training allowances, all from the GHC 20 billion.
Within the eight years of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), they have had GHS248 billion but have collapsed the NHIS, the National Youth Employment programme, School Feeding Programme, Metro Mass Transit, nurse training and teacher training allowances.

But when we see this new ANYIDOHO man, not even a latter-day saint getting the news lighlight "ANYIDOHO" this ANYIDOHO that, one can easily read through the lines.
PNC exists only in Upper East. I will throw a challenge to this PNC EDWARD MAHAMA-Vice, that the PNC in the coming election will not get 30,000 (Thirty Thousand) total votes all over Ghana.

In 2008, there was economic melt-down in USA which spread very quickly to Europe. Did it affect Africa as a whole as well? It is lamentable how this half-baked Managers tout the words "mismanagement".
The NDC as a Government in power has improved the landscape of Ghana. Granted, the opposition will say, they had more money, but so would have been their handicaps coming off just from 2008.
That expenditure exceeds revenue was the same plight, the Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah suffered after budgeting for growth in his 7 years development plan. The natural resources he has relied on to make his forecast, cocoa and gold was cut to shreds hence it may seem to the onlooker that he was under-performing and Ghana was getting harder. He urged Ghanaians to tighten their belt then. He attributed this to saboteurs but in reality, there are economic factors which affect already planned expenditure to exceed anticipated revenue.
Look at this Anyidoho who was actually writing in his own capacity, but is clearly aware that he will be mistaken for Koku. This is how realities can be different from anticipated forecasts.
Any politicians or academician who has real reasons to doubt that all revenues has been utilised judiciously has done Ghana a dis-service by not highlighting this earlier. If it is cheap political point - I will reject it outright.
We all do not have data to interpret what has happened and when people are saying "the country is hard" we do not know what parameters people are using. Just imagine a multi-billionnaire Dr Paa Kwesi Ndoum will sing the slogan of Ghana is hard - hard against what measure? Stories he has heard or his own personal experience? When Dr Nana Akuffo Addo said Ghana is hard, equally against what measure? The road networks in Ghana are being improved as Government never sleeps or stops and so developments are always on-going.
When officials of the Government draws a parallel with other developing countries, Ghana is doing very well. When the Opposition did the comparison, Ghanaians are worst off.
Now this clear news flash which could deceive a passerby are clear indications of what we will be facing. What are we to believe? Our own Osagyefo took center stage in the world in his time. In exile, he was demonised and at the turn of of the century, the same functionaries responsible for his demise declared him "The African of the Century". He died in exile.
Ghanaians must judge a ruling Government with what they see on the ground - not hypothetically what they had and what they could have done. They were all deceptions meant to score cheap votes.
Any individual with serious misgivings about the performance of a Government or a particular Ministry should have utilised avenues available to get satisfaction instead of waiting for electioneering year and lump all together, the useful as well as the useless for us to sift. How?
The infrastructural developments in Ghana under the NDC has come at a time the world entered into a recession and correction and sincerely speaking "unprecedented".
His Excellency John Dramani Mahama and the NDC Government has done very well for Ghana and deserve a second term for the incumbent President.
