Not that Voltarians are deserting NDC for lack of so called developments in the region but rather the teeming young people who are walking aimlessly on the land without any job. You have the Finance Minister in the name of Seth Terkper who is a Krobo and since he took the sit at the Finance Ministry, Seth had never come with any idea of job creation but his only signature mark is exorbitant Taxation which in effect kills business.
Western Governments are graded by job creation in their term of office and not developments which do not put money in individuals pockets for their kitchen table. Electorates around the country, irrespective of their geographical location have the mandate to vote wisely to choose people who will make their lives better than that stupid comments like - "I am one of you; he is handsome; he is tall; he is young and all that irrelevant political gimmicks which do not yield any meaningful results.
For the first time in my life have I seen a sitting Chief of Staff leaving his office and mounting on political platforms to campaign for his boss. This has been so because, not quite long ago, Koku Anyidaho made a threat that any individual in Mahama's government who fails to hit the campaign road risks a job when Mahama gets re-elected. Anyidaho should know that not all people are with political wits to mount a platform for the fact that they are serving in the government. Its no wonder that Mahama have packed himself with useless party surrogates who cannot distinguish black from white. At the long run such attitude renders the country in disillusioned state.

Unfortunately the Regional Minister was also part of this uncivilized behavior. The Keta Lagoon which served as an income generating avenue for the people of Ketu South, has been mortgaged. They tried to manipulate installation of paramount chief for the people of Somey by imposing one criminal called Julius Adaku who has no lineage to the Somey Stool on the people. FIFI KWETEY and PASCAL LAMPTEY connived with Julius Adaku to mortgage the Keta Lagoon and they can never point to a single project they have undertaken during the period for the PRESIDENT to commission to prove that the NDC Government has done something to the people of Ketu South.
