Vice-President, Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, says he finds it so confusing whenever he hears the New Patriotic Party (NPP) campaigning for change when under President John Dramani Mahama, Ghana is already experiencing a positive change.

To him, it will be suicidal for electorates to substitute the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) with the elephant family when those calling for change don’t have anything innovative to initiate than to continue the good works of the President.

“Yesterday at the Trade Fair site, I saw our opponent, the NPP trying to argue for change even as they wish to continue all the good works that President Mahama is doing. I don’t know the kind of change they are wishing for when they want to continue every project that the NDC is doing within this last four years. So, there is no change that they are talking about. They are talking about continuity,” he noted.

He added “If the owner of the projects is there, why do you want the duplicate to come and continue? So we shall not continue with them [NPP] but rather with John Dramani Mahama.”

Vice-President Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur made this observation when addressing the NDC Greater Accra Regional rally at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, December 5, 2016.
