If you look at the votes cast in Ashanti region in 2012 as compared to votes cast in 2016, there was hardly any change, about 2.2 million votes cast both times.
Now compare that to Volta region. In 2012, about a million votes were cast in Volta region with Ndc getting over 850,000 votes. In 2016, less than 600,000 votes were cast in Volta region, what happened to the 400,000 votes? Stuffed ballot boxes, ghost votes or the Togolese votes?

However, the NDC polling station agents failed to raise any issue of overvoting knowing very well that if they raised it there would be a recount and the foreign ballot(s) would be removed since the ballot papers were polling station specific, the NDC decided to ask the EC boss rather to annull the results but it too late

MontieFM3 pardon, campaigning on taxpayer money in helicopter, IGP social media closure threat, CDS threats to deal with imaginary saboteurs within the country. Civilian president donning military uniform to exhibit PNDC type posture. President's brother being escorted by men in military uniform on health walk, etc.
2. Total mismanagement of the economy, resulting in destruction of businesses and lack of job growth. Dumsor and high energy tariffs. Taxes including nuisance types.
3. Corruption- Woyome, GYEEDA, SADA, Busbranding, Rio Olympics fiasco, Ford Expedition gift /bribe. Sole source contracts. Cocoa Board purchases. Inability to sanction officials that looted our treasury with iimpunity as detailed in Auditor Generals reports. Obvious bribing of chiefs with V8 and money to support only the NDC narrative . And so on....
4. Propaganda and lies and surregates who insults anyone in civil society brave enough to point out official over reach and decadence. And politics of equalization.
5. Stoking divisive tribal politics by the President, his Chief of Staff and Party General secretary.
6. And assuming Ghanaians are stupid and gullible to be bought. The Lordina Foundation - sewing machine and goodies crusade, the supply of influence automobiles and money to buy votes were all turn offs, So Afotey Agbo there you are as to some of the reasons why Ghanaians threw you NDC scoundrels out of office.
