  There is logic in what the Rev. Politician Opuni is saying. In Ghana, segment of our so called "wisemen" shun the youth with their energy, exuberance. Governance is about skill, integrity, intelligence and the ability to innovate and solve problems. all of these require CREATIVITY.
  
  If Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs etc were in Ghana, the "wise men" would have asked them to remain quiet and put stumbling blocks to restrain them.
  
  We need to discourage that and respect the youth. Youthful exuberance is not arrogance.

  I agree with what Naniama said. But what the Rev. said should go to all appointees, regardless of age. They (appointees) should know they will be paid by the tax payers who will criticize them.
