Look,I am not a supporter of NPP, I am CPP for life but I sincerely trust this German trained cardiologist. If Ghana had Ten Frimpong-Boatengs, I will consider our problems solved. I may even for once leap over the fence and cast my vote for him should he run for president in 2020. Frimpong-Boateng is the real deal. He is the only person in Akufo Addo's cabinet you can bet your shirt on.
Addis Ababa have such waste power plant that generates 70mw electricity for part of the city. We must exploit all avenues of green energy. Solar, wind and otherwise even if it can only supply energy to three hundred thousand homes; then little drops of water makes a mighty ocean. Dumsor will be a thing of the past if we consider such projects all over the country and leave the national grid for the industries. The government should also consider subsidizing solar panels for house owners. All they need to do is put solar panels on their roof tops and the battery that comes with it for energy storage. That way most homes can generate power for daily household use without straining the national grid.

Land fills are cop out options and Frimpong Boateng couldn't be more accurate. AS a matter of fact one Scandinavian country imports waste to run their plants due to the fact that the country does not generate enough waste.
