A thief is someone that is caught, in this case Kofi Adams.So wait till "short man" steals something before you call him names!
Why do you encourage politicians stealing from us?

Right procedure for stolen property?They did not acquire them through the right procedure so why retrieve them through the right procedure? This is a car-stealing syndicate that has to be busted like any other.The onus rests on the "owners" to prove ownership?
