Am waiting for the comments of Kofi Adams former Boss jerry Rawlings on this matter. His 4 Land cruisers where ceased the same way during President Kuffours era, and latter returned upon public outcry.
Its not the duty of vegilante group to determine what is givernments and what is not.

Right procedure for stolen property?They did not acquire them through the right procedure so why retrieve them through the right procedure? This is a car-stealing syndicate that has to be busted like any other.The onus rests on the "owners" to prove ownership?
