The President should come Clare on what?Whether he will use the heritage fund or not,t I is his own prerogative, according to the constitution.
The opposition can never force the President to take a decision.
The Senior Minister said,Government (may)use the heritage fund, now the Finance Minister says they (will) not use the fund,so what's their problem?
Why don't they wait for the government to present its budget.

They claim Ghanaians are willing to back their stands on the Heritage fund. It would be better for the NDC to wean itself from the perception. The NDC is the most disliked group of people. They are yet to recover as it keeps hallucinating.
It's supporters who enjoyed the free stipends are hoping to to see those days when they received monies for no work done are the ones making the most noise.
It is about time they come to terms with the fact that yesterday is history and must learn to live in the present rather than the past.!!!

When Former President Mahama questioned him which of the component will his govt like to use.Nana Addo didn't answer that question but for now that he is in govt he must come out with precise answers. There must be transparency in governance. As for me,I think he will use the Stabilisation Fund, who knows? Thanks.

In Economics, there is a theorem of "Capital Accumulation: Postponing Present Consumption".
The NPP is raiding the national coffers (the family jewelry) just to satisfy its short-term whims.

If we think that industry requires a certain stimulus that will enable jobs to be created and you are creating a job to build Ghana, you can look at it and put in a certain amount. We are [also] looking at agriculture.”
IF A LOOK IS TAKEN AT THE STATEMENT ABOVR OF SNR. MINISTER YOU REALIZE THAT THE INTERPRETATION OF WHAT HE SAID IN THE MEDIA IS WRONG AND NOT FACTUAL YET IT HAS BECOME THAT THE NPP GOVERNMENT WANTS TO USE THE HERITAGE FUND TO FUND THE FREE SHS. THAT IS VERY WRONG OF THE INTERPRETATION OF WHAT OSAFO MARFO SAID!!! THEY BETTER GO BACK TO READ AND DO BETTER INTERPRETATION OF WHAT HE REALY SAID AS STATED ABOVE.
