Ask the chief architect of the NDC electoral rigging game plan Asiedu Nketia, and the true number of the NDC card bearing members he was able to capture when he embarked on his biometric registration of the NDC membership last year. He barely registered only 2 million voters and how were you able to obtain 5 the million plus numbers that enabled you to win the 2008 the 2012 elections? so are you telling me that the 3 million difference are all swing and undecided voters?
