What is their percentage share of capital in the exploration? Note the exploration is not land based where Chiefs can claim titlements. Ghana before the oil has been catered for by gold, timber, cocoa , etc etc. When did any of the chiefs where these resources are located make any such demands? What we need for the development of the country is efficiency and not indegenes of a particular area heading the development of particular commodity simply because one is an indegene.

He should look for the true meaning of 'host community' which phrase found it place in universal resource control dictionary and gave rise to resource control foot print on the basis of marginalization which gave rise to most CSOs of which he is part.
