These officers do not know anything. I have farms and have many times called on them to help or offer their expertise but alas. They should be trained and orient them to grassroot work.

adidome is not agric college its a farm instition. ohawu, kwadaso,ejura,damango and vecto are de colleges of agric

what of the Agric students from the various universities? what is the Ministry and the Government at Large saying about them. It seems you have targeted only those from the Agric colleges.
