    The problem is, NDC guys do not understand how Primary markets work. There is difference between Primary markets and secondary markets. They should search and stop embarrassing themselves

    The attorney general office is not de right institution to reveal the details of the bond to that person u are talking about. Didn't the person see the finance ministry or what was he thinking or trying to do??
