    Will the 16.35% he used to do his calculations be stable throughout the next 15 years? Ghanaians beware of politicians. If it changes they will come up with different stories.

    truth is that once a bond has been issued its terms cannot be varied over its life! however, granting that it could change, wouldn't the 19.75% be subject to change, too? we are better of reflecting soberly on all the issues ...
