Free SHS has exposed your NPP stupidity
You were told that the constitution stipulates fcube & progressively free SHS etc.
This means that the enabling environment must be created to make this possible.
Kufour didn't build 1 single SHS. Mills also didn't. MAHAMA starts 200 in 2013 managed to do 40.
Without any logical projections & a solid database you plunge Ghana into this free nonsense, a populist move to please some gullible people while in actual a cursory look at our educational system shows that we don't have the funds to do this free SHS. Shamefully you are only able to do SHS 1
The budget for 2018 is inadequate for SHS 1 & 2.
Now the teacher student ratio is woefully inadequate.
After all the noise you have to rely on MAHAMA e blocks to admit these students
What a travesty...
