This guy talks just by heart. Are you saying the motorway is the only road in Ghana? Or the government should put lights on all the roads in Ghana, before embarking on road safety campaign? Looking at the rampant / serious carnages on our roads claiming a lot of lives these days? Are you in your right sense at all? Shallow mindedness!
