If you are faced with an immediate problem which requires immediate solution, what do you do. The progressively Free policy can NEVER happen without challenges. No matter the length of time you take to plan, it will face one challenge or the other. The mark of a good leader is to be able to solve problems as they come up. Prof. if you feel like paying fees for your ward enjoying the Fress SHS, you can go ahead an pay.
