Mrs Rebecca Naa Okaikor Akufo-Addo, the wife of the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has asked Ghanaians to trust in the ability of her husband Nana Akufo-Addo to transform Ghana for the better.
As part of her campaign tour of the Tema East constituency, she visited Abomoso Market at Tema Newtown where she reminded the market women that a vote for Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP was a vote for the future of their children and grandchildren.
Mrs Akufo Addo also visited the fishing harbour, where she told fish mongers that, an Akufo-Addo led government would take the fishing industry seriously by making sure there was stable electricity supply for the cold store business to boom.
She ended her campaign with a visit to Tema Community 1 market, where she urged the market to vote Nana Akufo-Addo as president and the NPP to end the years of suffering imposed on Ghanaians by the Mahama-led government.
She was accompanied by regional executives, Tema East Member of Parliament Titus Nii Glover, and other party bigwigs.
