The Ashanti regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Bernard Antwi Boasiako will lead a delegation comprising of regional executives and other party faithfuls to the founder of the Ebenezer Worship Centre, Rev. Ebenezer Adakwah Yiadom for a special thanksgiving and unity service for the NPP.

On Wednesday, 29th August 2018, the regional branch of the NPP will seek spiritual guidance and directions from the Nation's Prophet, Pastor Opambour as he is popularly called, to aid the NPP administration to govern the country well with good policies that will lead to the development.

They would therefore call on the Prophet to pray for unity and togetherness among the entire elephant family to pave way for good decision-making and effective intervention programmes to build a Ghana Beyond Aid.

According to Chairman Wuntumi, the man of God has been of great help to the party before and after the 2016 election.

He emphasized that Rev Opambour, through his prayers and his "abura mu nsuo" stood by the NPP when all hope seemed lost for the then presidential candidate, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

Chairman Wuntumi stated that he never abandoned the party even through their internal elections, especially the NPP Koforidua Congress.

To Mr. Antwi Boasiako, when the NDC propagandist threatened to work towards the third defeat of the President, Prophet Ebenezer Adakwah Yiadom led the spiritual battle to defeat them both spiritually and physically.

Again the Regional Chairman noted that whilst Ghanaians got tired of the NDC government, they started to resort to propaganda especially with the issue of Paul Afoko and his colleagues to brainwash Ghanaians to the "saviour messages" of the NPP.

He explained that "Opambourkrom has been our home, the Prophet has been our spiritual father and he has been of great support to the NPP at large. He made the 'abura mu nsuo' available to fortify us for the war. Through thick and thine, he has been there and indeed the thanksgiving service is worth it. We thank him for the battle well won for the NPP and Ghana".

"We hope that the Prophet would continue to pray for unity, strength and good brains to work towards attaining development like other African countries, especially Rwanda. We pray for long and able lives to serve our country Ghana", he added.
