Four(4) illegal Miners have been arrested in the Atewa Forest Reserve.
The Suspects, Emmanuel Mensah, 26, Rashid Alhasan, 50, Zule Ali,45 ,and Emmanuel Owusu-23 have been handed over to the Eastern Regional Police CID.
According the Begoro District Forestry Manager Kwame Oteng Awuah, the suspects were busted while mining close to Prang and Omenatwi rivers in the Akyem Akwadum to Potroase stretch of the Forest.
