Host of Metro TV’s Good Morning Ghana Show, Randy Abbey has stated that he will vote for President John Mahama in Wednesday’s presidential election.
According to him, considering the achievements of President Mahama in his first term, it is just fair that he will be given a second chance to complete the good works he has started.
Speaking on Asempa FM Monday, Mr Abbey who served as the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for several years stated “I have a good relationship with Nana Addo but I choose JM”.
“I am voting for John Mahama”, he declared.
On the media’s conduct during the 2016 campaign so far, he was of the opinion that the media has generally been fair to the facts during this electioneering campaign though diabolical ones abound.
Mr Abbey was widely considered as a New Patriotic Party (NPP) supporter but switched to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) when President Mahama, who is a personal friend to him was sworn in as president after the demise of the Professor John Evans Atta Mills.
