Parliamentary candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency John Dumelo has said the party will win the 2020 presidential and parliamentary elections without shedding blood.
He told a gathering at the one-year commemoration of the shooting incident during the by-election that, the only difference between the NDC and NPP is that "we will come to power without any bloodshed”.
He was of the view that the NPP should have joined them to sympathise with those who were affected during the violence.
He said "we shall win power without shedding blood, without any violence and without any form of discrimination and intimidation. we shall win a free and fair and credible election, with or even without a new voters'register".
