Is to concerntrate & deliver all the basic necessary amenities to the rural areas: clean water, electricity, accessable roads, social welfare & health post, schools & lacal jobs to curb the mass exodus of domestic migration to the overcrowded metropolises.
If all these basic amenities mentioned above are available in all villages in the rural areas, there wouldn't be any development complains from our rural folks so long as they will be feeling & living generally & reasonably comfortable within their communities.
This is the only blue-print of a manifesto, but the implementing them practically is the hot question, but not just only sweet words & nothing done & delivered at all!!
