It is instructive to note that the same Mr. Marfo was flown abroad for medical treatment at the expense of the tax payer.How is it that a farmer who was rich enough to pay for the renovation of the residence of the President needed the tax payer's money to seek medical treatment.

Some of these projects are Health centre at Wulugu, CHPS Compound at Tijo Community, 12 Room Accommodation for Nurses at Kpandai,Sawla community centre complex, Surgical Theatre at Sawla polyclinic, Nyankpala Tolon highway, Nyankpala Tolon highway, 20unit classroom block at Bosec.
Infact there is a lot to talk about. Sammy Awuku has lied and people like him do not deserve the chance to lead.

The Government in the northern region has given the people of Nason a new CHPS Compound,a new road at Sawla/Fufulso, Fufulso Health Post,Jakora Local Authority Primary school and Wapuli water project.
These are few evidence which goes a long to debunk the assertion that the president has done nothing to or for the people of the northern region.

Enough is that of CHPS compounds. Over a thousand and over.
Some of these projects are sited at Gwollu, Upper West Region, Funsi, Upper West Region, Sang, Northern Region and Buipe,Northern Region.

The fact remains that, In the four year term of President Mahama the people have received their fair share of the national cake.
Amongst which are, more then 10 out of the 200 community day senior high schools, 1270 new CHPs compound, the almost completed Eastern Corridor roads.
It is evident that the Tamale teaching hospital was turned into a teaching hospital by the NDC administration.
These are many others have been the benefit President Mahama has given the north under his reign.

The 147-kilometre Sawla-Fufulso Road which includes rehabilitation of schools, health centres, markets and water treatment systems along that corridor in the Northern Region is complete.
The Buipe-Tamale road rehabilitation project is also substantially completed. Works have commenced on the Busunu Daboya road.
The following roads are at various stages of completion; Daboya-MankariguWiase, including the Oti DamankoBimbila-Yendi Road, YendiNakpanduri on the Eastern corridor, Nyankpala-Tolon, Tamale-Salaga, Chereponi–Yendi, Yendi-Tamale and Tamale-Kumbungu roads.
Furthermore, there have been major improvements in Tamale town roads. About 30km of roads have been rehabilitated in the past two years.
Another 25km are at various stages of construction. Roads in other urban areas in the region including Yendi, Savelugu, Damongo and Bole are being rehabilitated.
