we don't want Ghana to get to a level that we can't control the teachers. Ghanaians minds are captured with money and not the development of the nation. We forget so soon that it is through development that some of us had the opportunity to work in business entities. It was someone's idea and dream and we are now benefiting from one's plans. What are the youth thinking about; coming out from university and get employed immediately please let us think outside the box. Through Mahama's intervention, the YES initiative was commissioned to ensure that graduate from the university are trained and supported financially to acquire the skills to start-up their business. Ghana is getting better and better under the NDC.

Taking teacher's trainee allowance off as the government explained is a good idea to the extend that teachers entering into the university will focus on acquring more knowledge and skills instead of focusing on the allowance and come out seeking for jobs. Schools are been opened and we need more qualified teachers to educate our children to achieve something great in life.
