This is Ghana where people lobby for jobs and when they get it they sleep and become inefficient on their job. Trust me the person in charge of these lights would gladly dress and go to his office, drink coffee and tea as if nothing is wrong. He will not be queried whatsoever by the road minister. We pay all these useless people with our taxes and they do a stupid job and people just get knock down, accidents everywhere. Damn it!!!
